Safety
In order to reduce the risk of injury, be sure to abide by the following:

Complete the
workout as explained by Coach Culp.
·
Run with the group
assigned to you by Coach Culp.
·
Run on the course
indicated by Coach Culp.
·
Run on sidewalks
when available or on the shoulder of the road.
·
Avoid running on
hard surfaces.
·
Be alert when
crossing the road.
·
Beware of cars
and stray dogs.
·
Only wear
headphones on a closed course.
·
Tell Coach Culp immediately
if you feel in danger, need first aid, or have a pain.
