Lettering
Policy
In order to obtain a varsity letter, you must accumulate 15
points over the course of the season and remain on the team until the end of
the season.

You obtain 1
point each time you accomplish the following:
o
Run on the
varsity team at a meet.
o
Achieve a
personal record at a meet.
o
Be on time for
and participate in all of a week’s practices and meets.
o
Be on time for
and participate in a Saturday practice after being on time for and
participating in all of that week’s practices.
